Wagering Requirements, Worked Through Step by Step
Every bonus condition on this site reduces to one multiplication and two adjustments. The multiplication produces the turnover owed; the weighting table decides how fast a stake moves the counter; the deadline decides whether the total is reachable at all. This page runs through the whole calculation on real Onlyspins figures.
Open the current termsStep One: Identify the Base
The multiplier has to be applied to something, and operators differ on what that something is. Some charge the factor on the bonus alone; others charge it on deposit plus bonus, doubling the obligation without changing the advertised number. Onlyspins uses the first version. On a 150 000 Ft deposit matched at 100 per cent, the base is the 150 000 Ft credit, not the 300 000 Ft sitting in the account.
That single sentence in the terms is worth more than most percentage differences between operators, and it is the first thing to look for when comparing two offers.
Step Two: Multiply
| Offer | Base | Factor | Turnover owed | Expected cost at 96% RTP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome match | 150 000 Ft | 40× | 6 000 000 Ft | 240 000 Ft |
| Monday reload | 40 000 Ft | 30× | 1 200 000 Ft | 48 000 Ft |
| Weekly cashback | 80 000 Ft | 1× | 80 000 Ft | 3 200 Ft |
| No-deposit spins | whatever they win | 60× | 5 000 Ft won becomes 300 000 Ft | 12 000 Ft, against a 20 000 Ft cap |
The final column converts an abstract obligation into money. At a 96 per cent return rate, four forint of every hundred staked stays with the house on average, so the cost of clearing is simply four per cent of the turnover. On the flagship offer that is 240 000 Ft — more than the 150 000 Ft credited, which is the arithmetic behind treating a large match as purchased playing time rather than as a windfall.
Step Three: Apply the Weighting
The counter registers weighted stakes. A category at 100 per cent moves it one-for-one; a category at 10 per cent moves it at a tenth of the pace, which multiplies the real money needed by ten.
| Category | Weighting | 1 000 Ft counts as | Real stakes for a 6 000 000 Ft requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots (standard) | 100% | 1 000 Ft | 6 000 000 Ft |
| Jackpot and progressive slots | 20% | 200 Ft | 30 000 000 Ft |
| Bonus buy features | 0% | 0 Ft | never completes |
| Live roulette | 15% | 150 Ft | 40 000 000 Ft |
| Table games (RNG roulette, blackjack) | 10% | 100 Ft | 60 000 000 Ft |
| Live blackjack, live baccarat | 10% | 100 Ft | 60 000 000 Ft |
| Video poker | 5% | 50 Ft | 120 000 000 Ft |
| Sports betting | 0% | 0 Ft | never completes |
Step Four: Divide by the Clock and by the Cap
Two divisions finish the job. Turnover divided by remaining days gives the daily volume; turnover divided by stake size gives the number of rounds. With a 2 000 Ft ceiling in force while a bonus runs, 6 000 000 Ft cannot take fewer than 3 000 rounds, and at a realistic 300 Ft stake it takes 20 000 — close to a thousand rounds a day across the full 21 days.
This is where most requirements are lost. The balance rarely runs out first; the calendar does. Sizing the deposit down is the only lever that reduces both divisions at once, and it does so proportionally: half the deposit, half the pace, half the rounds.

Tracking Progress and the Four Ways a Requirement Dies
Progress appears as a percentage on the promotions tab of the account, but the percentage only shows what is left, not whether the remaining pace is realistic. Writing down two numbers at claim time — the turnover owed and the expiry date — turns that display into a schedule that can actually be managed. Checking once a week is usually too late: by the middle of the second window the required daily volume has often doubled.
Four things end a requirement early. Requesting a withdrawal while it runs closes the offer. Exceeding the 2 000 Ft stake ceiling voids it. Playing in a zero-weighted category makes no progress at all while the clock keeps moving. And the deadline passes quietly, with no warning. In all four cases the player's own deposit is untouched — what disappears is the bonus balance and anything grown from it.
